The issue occurs when creating a new project and adding leader and participant to the project. We are working hard to resolve the issue as fast as possible. 2020-08-04 11:07 CET We are currently experiencing issues with tags. The issue occurs when a user has added a tag (and a tag specific note) on a candidate. If another user uses the same tag on the candidate the previous users tag and note will be overwritten. We are working hard to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a temporary workaround we recommend using the note function on candidates instead of tags.

Resolved: Talent Recruiter - issues with opening .doc and .docx files

We are currently experiencing issues with opening candidate documents in the filetype .doc and .docx from the candidate list and the candidate profile.

We are working on fixing the issue as fast as possible and will update you when it is resolved.

Until the issue has been fixed, it is possible to open the files by going to the 'Documents' tab on the candidate profile and then press 'Original' on the right side of the document.

A workaround for the time being is to have a local administrator reset the password in User Administration and/or send login details to the user.

The issue is now resolved. The incident was caused by operational disruptions with our server provider Visolit which caused Danish IP addresses to be affected. This meant that the login page specifically could not load and timed out.

Job agent emails are currently not sent out

Since 02-11-2019 job agent emails to subscribers have not been sent out. The reason is that we have been working on a new service for Job agents, that is based on new technology and will change the way Job agent are sent.
During the implementation of the service an error occured which caused for all job agent notifications to be halted and we are working as fast as possible towards resolving the issue.

We will update you as soon as the issue has been resolved.

Authentication problems in Talent Recruiter

Some users might have problems logging into Talent Recruiter at the moment. We are investigating the issue and are trying to fix it as soon as possible.

The issue was caused by high resource consumtion on one of the servers in our cluster. The issue has now been fixed and Talent Recruiter is back in normal operation. The issue was only affecting some users in Talent Recruiter. Candidates were not affected by this.

Publishing ads from Talent Recruiter to LinkedIn is not working

We have re-implemented our LinkedIn integration and it is now possible to post to your company wall again directly from the system. The message is also removed from the pop-up where the post is created.

We are re-implementing the way we communicate with the LinkedIn API. This implementation will take some time. Due to this reason we have added a message directly on the LinkedIn editor in the Recruiter and stopped highlighting the incident here. Users can check the status directly on the editor.

To get the LinkedIn integration up and running again, we are required to re-implement the way we communicate with the LinkedIn API. This requires some more work than first expected. We have added a status message in the LinkedIn editor itself about the issue to inform the users who are using this feature. We will also update this incident status when the issue has been fixed.

We are in contact with LinkedIn to get the integration back online. In the meantime, you can copy the link from the "Confirmation" tab in Project Start and post it manually on LinkedIn.

We are having some issues with out LinkedIn integration at the moment. Pubilsh a job ad from Talent Recruiter to LinkedIn will currently fail. We are working on a fix, but it can take a few days until the integration is back online.

A workaround is to manually paste the link to your job ad to LinkedIn.

Our hosting partner Visolit is again experiencing network instabilities which is causing packet loss. This results in sporadic loading issues for our services and it seems to affect image loading from our CDN. The issue is sporadic so you might experience slow loading or that you have to refresh the page a few times before all resources are properly loaded. Visolit is working on the issue and we hope to be back in normal operation soon.

Some images and files gives a 404 error

Some images in job ads and files in the file archive are currently not being displayed properly and you might see a "404 Not Found". We are working on finding the cause.

The cause of this issue was that some files had been uploaded with capital letter in the file extension. If you experience the issue, check if the image you have uploaded in the file archive is using capital letters, like "myImage.JPG" and rename it to lower case (example myImage.jpg).

Problems with publishing job ads to Jobnet.dk

Some customer might see an error message when trying to post new job ads to Jobnet.dk. We are looking into this issue to find a solution.

If you are experiencing these problems, this is the error message you will see in the system:

We are experiencing problems with loading images and resources from our CDN server. We are currently investigating and will update status shortly.

Issues with the candidate portal

Advertisments on Finn.no are missing line breaks

We are experiencing some formatting issues on Jobs which are published on FINN.no. The issue is causing line breaks to disappear in some advertisements.

We are working with FINN.no to find the cause and will update here as soon as we know more.

We got confirmation from Finn that the format of linebreaks our current integration use, was no longer valid in Finn.no from Monday 4th February. We need to deploy a fix for this for new ads to be shown correctly on Finn.no.

To fix this issue we will change our editor to use <p></p> tags instead of <div></div> tags. This change will be deployed on Monday 11th February. Existing ads needs to be edited and republished to FINN for the change to take effect.

System slowness and instability

We are having some issues with one of our backend database servers which is causing slowness and instability for some of our customers. We are working on a solution and are apologizing for the inconvenience this is causing.

Update 21/01/2019 09:21 System is working again. The downtime was caused by networks issues with our datacenter vendor. We are following up with them to prevent this in the future.

Issues with file storage for static files

We experienced some issues with file storage for static files around 10:10 CET today. Some users might have seen some missing images in our web applications and had problems downloading files from the file archive because of this. The issue was localized and fixed around 10:20 CET.

Currently the system is not stable. Seems we are facing some hardware issue. We are still investigating.

Update 2018-12-17 11:35 CET The system seems to be normal now. The issue was due to heavy load on one of the database server causing connectivity failures. To solve the issue we have moved some database to another server. We are doing more optimization the affected database server.

We are upgrading our hardware to give higher performance and better response times in our applications. Due to this there can be some downtime Sunday, 16 December 2018 where the system can be unavailable between 10:00 – 13:00 (GMT+1). Notifications about project due dates

We have had issues with notifications about project due date, and when it was fixed yesterday it accidentally sent out old notifications as well. This is now fixed and the notifications are working again.

Our corporate website is currently offline

Our website on https://www.hr-manager.[no,se,dk] is currently down. Our webhotel provider is working on the issue and we hope to have it back online soon.

The customer facing applications Talent Recruiter, Talent Onboarding and Talent Manager are not affected by this.

Sending direct email via toolbox is not working

We are currently experiencing some issues with sending email via the "Send email" option in the toolbox. We have identified the cause and are working on deploying a fix.

Publishing to NAV (norway)

There are problems publishing job ads to NAV at the moment. We are investigating the issue.

Det ble i dag oppdaget at det har vært full stans av overføringer av stillingsannonser via XML-Stilling, som en følgefeil av oppgradering av teknisk infrastruktur i helgen.

Feilen ble rettet i dag (20.11) kl. 15:00, og stillingsannonser som er sendt etter dette tidspunktet kommer inn som normalt.

Konsekvensen av nedetiden medfører at alle stillingsannonser som ble sendt via XML-Stilling i tidsrommet fredag (16.11) kl. 18:00 til tirsdag (20.11) kl. 15:00 må sendes inn på nytt. Vi har dessverre ikke mulighet til å hente inn disse stillingene manuelt hos oss.

Vi beklager på det sterkeste ulempene dette medfører for dere og vil jobbe for at vi unngår dette i fremtiden.

The issue was in one of the server which was in hang state. The server is fixed now and working as expected.
Update 2018-11-16 14:29 (CET) : Just to provide some more details for the outage this morning. A database server failed to reboot after windows update due to a wrong configuration at Telecomputings Opus software. The outage was discovered 02:54, through uptrends alert. Our developer investigated the issue from 4am and eventually located the server that was failing at 6:45, and found out that Telecomputing had to manually reboot the server for us. After the reboot the candidate service was up at 7:30.

It is currently not possible to publish job ads to FINN.no

We are experiencing some issues with the integration with FINN.no. This affects publishing of job ads and you might see an error message saying "Det oppsto en feil ved innledning av data fra FINN.no".

We are working with FINN.no to find the cause and will update here as soon as we know more.

Update 2018-11-05 11:08 (CET): FINN.no is aware of a problem with their taxonomy API which is causing the issues for us. We are trying to implement a workaround to reduce the inconvenience for our customers.

Update 2018-11-06 10:04 (CET): FINN's API for loading occupation values is now up and running again, so publishing to FINN now works as normal. To prevent this from happening in the future, we are doing some improvements on our side to make sure we have a local copy of FINN's categories.

Danish support center is offline due to power outage

Our danish support center is currently affected by a power outage that is affecting our phone lines and ability to respond to support tickets.

The outage is expected to be fixed around 11:45 Danish local time.

There is currently an error in the publishing systems affecting a few customers. You might se an error message when trying click "Publish" or "Unpublish". We are aware of the issue and are working on fixing the issue.

Service interruption in FINN.no integration
Resolved

We are experiencing problems with the FINN.no integration where the ad editor is unable to load categories from FINN.no. The problem is caused by the FINN.no API that is returning the wrong values for some of our requests. FINN.no is looking into how they can fix their service to alway return the right values.

At the same time we are also working on a solution where we handle the response from the FINN.no API differently and hope to have this ready for deployment on monday morning.

This issue has been solved in today's deployment of Recruiter. We are now caching the API results on our side, to make sure we can handle the wrong values coming from FINN.no's API.

Issues with our phone provider in Denmark

We are experiencing some issues with our support phone in Denmark. You may experience some a longer response time than usual. We are working with our phone vendor to solve the problems and hope to fix the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime we can also be reached by chat or email.
