Resolved: Talent Recruiter - users do not receive email when clicking "Forgotten password?"


We are currently experiencing that some users do not receive an email when clicking "Forgotten password?". We are working on solving the issue as fast as possible and will keep you updated.

A workaround for the time being is to have a local administrator reset the password in User Administration and/or send login details to the user.

The issue has been found and will be fixed with the deployment on Monday, January 13th.
