Service disruption affecting Talent Recruiter and Talent Manager

The issue was resolved in the datacenter this afternoon and we have monitored the results for a few hours to make sure the system is healthy. It is now working 100%.

We have had issues with Talent Recruiter and Talent Manager during the weekend and monday morning with periods where the service is unavailable. We have been working the whole weekend to locate the problem and we are still trying workarounds for the problem with our datacenter provider.

The systems have been stable for the last 20 minutes and we consider the issue as solved. The cause of the issue was a disruption in the network infrastructure in the datacenter where our systems are hosted. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our users.

The systems seem to be online again, but we are still waiting for an official statement from our hosting partner about the root cause and some more details about the disruption.

We are currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption affecting Talent Recruiter and Talent Manager. It seems to be caused by a central infrastructure component and users might see the message "Service Unavailable" when trying to access the systems. We are in contact with our hosting partner and hope to resolve the issue soon. We will update this page as soon as we know more.
