Resolved: Talent Recruiter - issues with opening .doc and .docx files

We are currently experiencing issues with opening candidate documents in the filetype .doc and .docx from the candidate list and the candidate profile.

We are working on fixing the issue as fast as possible and will update you when it is resolved.

Until the issue has been fixed, it is possible to open the files by going to the 'Documents' tab on the candidate profile and then press 'Original' on the right side of the document.

Update 2020-04-21 10:57 CET We have narrowed the issue down to only being documents uploaded on the 20th of April. Our developers are currently working on a fix for those files that will be deployed as soon as possible. Status page will be updated as soon as fix has been deployed.
