We are currently experiencing issues with user access in Talent Recruiter, following a recent deployment. Users are locked and receive "User locked" notifications several times over.
We are working as fast as possible towards resolving the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

We have now investigated the matter further and fortunately only a handful of customers were affected. These customers have been contacted and the issue has been resolved.
